  1. Submit a referral by emailing us at referrals@hirecontrols.com<\/strong><\/li>

  2. We confidentially review and qualify the candidate, we’ll then email you back with further details and potential timelines.<\/p><\/li>

  3. If they are placed in a full-time direct-hire role, you receive a referral bonus.<\/p><\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
