You can receive anywhere between $1,000-$2,500 per successfully placed candidate that you refer. There’s no limit!
How it works
- Submit a referral by emailing us at referrals@hirecontrols.com
We confidentially review and qualify the candidate, we’ll then email you back with further details and potential timelines.
If they are placed in a full-time direct-hire role, you receive a referral bonus.
Confidentiality matters
We do NOT contact your referral’s employer, and we don’t badger! We reach out to your referral via your provided way of contact and only pursue conversations with the individual if they confirm interest in our shared opportunities.
